Prints sized 8x10 inches or smaller will be shipped in a thick envelope with a cardboard insert to prevent bending. Original paintings and prints larger than 8x10 inches will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard box to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the handling of packages by the delivery company, and we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery.

We provide the following shipping method:

1)Regular mail:

free shipping to Canada and US. 3-10 estimated business days to arrive in Canada or US.

CAD$30 for International shipping, 7-25 estimated business days.

2)Express Shipping:

CAD$30 to Canada and US. 1-6 estimated business days.

NO express shipping for International package.

NO express shipping for Canvas Print and Framed Canvas Print.

We are not responsible for any custom duties or import VAT charges. Those will depend on your local laws and are different in every country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay duties when the package arrives at Customs in your country. Please check those policies before purchasing.

Please note that the taxes and duties that you may be required to pay are NOT the payment for shipping. Taxes and duties are paid to the Customs Department in your country.

Customs clearance is the documented permission the national customs authority grants to the imported goods. The customs clearance is typically given to a shipping agent to prove that all applicable customs duties have been paid and the shipment has been approved.

The shipping provider may charge a customs clearance fee or customs handling fee for processing the import declaration, an advancement fee for paying the duty and VAT on behalf of the recipient, an airline handling fee for loading and unloading the goods, a security fee for screening or x-raying the goods and a fee for preparing the customs declaration.

These charges will vary depending on the vendor that is used to import your package. It will usually appear as a brokerage fee in the customs invoice. The brokerage fee is also NOT the payment for shipping but for Customs Process.

If your order is returned because of unpaid custom duties or/and VAT fees, the refund for the order would be 50% of the total paid cost minus shipping cost. This is because I would have to pay for its return as well as the local taxes and duties for returning products in my country.

We accept PayPal and all credit cards through the PayPal checkout system.

If you don’t have PayPal account, you can use your preferred payment card as a guest, without a PayPal account.

All sales of original artwork and are final. If you wish to return a reproduction print, a restocking fee amounting to 20% of the print (and varnish, if applicable) cost will be applied. We are more than happy to exchange a print for you, but keep in mind that the restocking fee for the original print will still be applied.

For commissioned art: Art is very subjective and everyone see it differently. Feel free to ask for more samples of my painting for you to ensure you like my style. Once you place the order, it means you like my art and agree with my painting style. I take every painting seriously and each painting takes me days to complete by hand. In any cases that you do not like the work(which is very rare,) we are agree to give you 50% refund.
