*Digital File-The painting will be scanned and provided to you as a downloadable file. You can then print it at home, at a local print shop, or online. No physical item will be shipped to you. All files will be created in high resolution at 300 DPI. The file will be sent to your email.
*Original Painting - You will have the option to choose from sizes of 5x7, 8x10, or 11x14 inches. The hand-painted original painting will be shipped to you. The artist's signature will be on the back of the painting.

1) Select the size, 5×7 inches (12.7x17.78cm), 8x10 inch(21x25cm) , 11x14 inch(27.94x35.56cm) and Select the number of pet.
2) Email me at MoonMoonartwork@outlook.com for a photo you would like to be painted.
3) List all your requirement in your email.
4) Once all requirements are confirmed, I will start our work. I understand this might be time sensitive gift for a special day. So I will try to complete as soon as I can.
5) Once the painting is completed, we will send it to you for review.
6) After you confirm it, I will mail the painting to you.
**Refund&Return:
Art is very subjective and everyone see it differently. Feel free to ask for more samples of my painting for you to ensure you like my style. Once you place the order, it means you like my art and agree with my painting style. I take every painting seriously and each painting takes me weeks to complete by hand. In any cases that you do not like the work(which is very rare,) I agree to give you 50% refund.
